Myers Comfort Specialists is family-owned and has served Central Alabama since 2000. We invest in the tools, training, equipment, and support that help experienced HVAC professionals solve problems correctly and go home safe.
You will have support from dispatch, service leadership, and our Pelham warehouse—not just a list of calls and a truck number.
Current openings
Service and installation are separate hiring tracks. We are not expecting every applicant to do both.
Service track
For experienced technicians who can diagnose residential systems, communicate clearly with homeowners, and complete professional repairs.
Installation track
For installers who take pride in clean workmanship and systems that are started, checked, and finished correctly. Service-sales experience is not required.
The offer
Your hourly base is not dependent on commissions. Incentive pay is added on top.
Relocating for the right opportunity?
Up to $2,000 in documented relocation reimbursement is available for well-qualified service technician hires moving at least 75 miles to the Pelham area. Up to $1,000 is reimbursed after 30 days and the balance after 90 days.
