Field team · Service

Residential HVAC Service Technician

For experienced technicians who can diagnose residential systems, communicate clearly with homeowners, and complete professional repairs.

$25–$40+ an hour

Base pay, with commission and performance bonuses on top

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain residential HVAC systems
  • Explain findings and repair options clearly
  • Work with dispatch, warehouse, and technical support
What we look for
  • Residential HVAC service or installation experience
  • EPA 608 certification or willingness to obtain it
  • Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
  • Dependable attendance and professional communication

Field team · Installation

Residential HVAC Installer

For installers who take pride in clean workmanship and systems that are started, checked, and finished correctly. Service-sales experience is not required.

$25–$40+ an hour

  • Verify startup, airflow, charge, drainage, and safety
  • Work with quality equipment, tools, and warehouse support

Dispatcher

For organized, steady communicators who keep customers informed and technicians moving. You are the first voice customers hear and the person the field counts on all day.

$17–$25 an hour to start

More with experience, plus commission on top

  • Answer customer calls and schedule service, maintenance, and installation visits
  • Keep the daily technician and installer schedule moving in our dispatch software
  • Keep customer records current and everyone on the same page
What we look for
  • Customer service experience (HVAC knowledge is a plus, not required)
  • Clear, respectful communication on a busy, multi-line phone
  • Basic computer skills and comfort learning dispatch software
  • Good knowledge of the Birmingham area

Service technicians and installers

Your hourly base is not dependent on commissions. Incentive pay is added on top.

  • 40-hour weekly guarantee after 90 days for well-qualified full-time hires
